Meet the Founder
Wildroses Tech Services was founded by Stephanie Radcliffe, a Samsung-certified technician with four years of experience in mobile device repair and more than a decade of experience in customer service and technology-related sales.
Throughout her career, Stephanie discovered that one of the biggest frustrations people have with technology isn’t necessarily the technology itself. It’s finding someone willing to take the time to explain it.
Too often, customers are overwhelmed by complicated explanations, rushed appointments, or technical terminology they don’t understand.
Stephanie believes there’s a better way.
Whether it’s troubleshooting a stubborn device, helping someone organize their phone, or teaching a senior how to use a new feature, her goal has always been the same: make technology less intimidating and help people feel confident using it.
